This diet allows you to lose 5 kg per week. You should not use alcohol, sugar, bread and sweet fizzy drinks. Must drink at least 2 liters of liquid per day. Onion soup can be eaten in any quantity.

Onion Soup Recipe for onion soup

You will need: a small cabbage, 6 medium onions, two sticks of green pepper, vegetable stock cube, 30 gr. celery, salt.

Chop cabbage, onions and peppers cut into half rings, chop the celery. Vegetables pour cold water, bring it to a boil, boil 10 minutes. Then make the fire to low and simmer until vegetables are tender. Add salt to taste, crumbled stock cubes and stir. Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until golden brown. Add diced carrots and celery. Put the mixture into the pan and heat over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring from time to time. Then add finely shredded cabbage, diced potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Pour vegetables with boiling water, add salt to taste and bring to boil.

"Onion Soup" Diet - the menu is as follows:

  • Day 1. Onion soup and any fruit except bananas and grapes;
  • Day 2. Onion soup, and any vegetables (fresh, steamed or boiled). Can be boiled or baked potatoes with a small amount of oil;
  • Day 3. Onion soup, vegetables (except potatoes), fruits;
  • Day 4. Onion soup, vegetables and fruits. You can eat two bananas and drink a glass of skim milk;
  • Day 5. Onion soup, up to 500 gr. boiled beef, chicken (without skin) or fish, fresh tomatoes in any quantity;
  • Day 6. Onion soup, up to 500 gr. boiled beef, cabbage, cucumbers or green peppers;
  • Day 7. Onion soup, a little brown rice with vegetables, fruit juice without sugar.
